Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange 30 or more days after the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. We do not accept products returns accompanied by intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; return instructions will be provided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item, and whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to the credit card or original method of payment used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and/or contact your credit card company or personal bank, as it may take some time before your refund is processed and officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@laphamsquarterly.us.

Sale items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for returns. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email customerservice@laphamsquarterly.us and we will provide return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to your provided physical address. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the buyer had the order shipped to his or her own address, we will provide a refund to the buyer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return any purchased item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Delivery times for exchanges will vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking capabilities and/or insuring your return shipment.
